Vaccination is the best way to prevent infection and reduce the seriousness of illness if you become infected. If you do get the flu after being vaccinated, you usually get a mild form of it, recover faster and are less likely to have serious complications. Protect yourself and your whānau!

Flu clinics will be held at Awarua Whānau Services (190 Forth Street) from 4pm - 7pm on the following dates;
