Railyn Leask | Rangatahi Coordinator
Railyn has joined the He Rei Kā Niho Project as our Rangatahi Coordinator.
In this role he will represent 10 rangatahi participating in our programme and work alongside Kamoko to support the planning and delivery of activities and initiatives. Railyn will provide leadership and encouragement, ensuring our rangatahi feel supported and connected as they contribute to the success of He Rei Kā Niho.

Debbie Watson | Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP)
As part of our allied health services, Debbie is our Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP). Debbie provides free, confidential support to help patients of all ages navigate life's challenges and improve their wellbeing. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep difficulties, behavioural concerns, or wanting support to make healthy lifestyle changes, Debbie can help you build practical skills and strategies tailored to your needs. Working closely with our healthcare team, she offers timely, accessible, and solution-focused care right here at the practice.

Active Southland
Jonnette Henwood | Health Coach
Jonnette is our Health Coach from Active Southland, working alongside our clinical team to support people in achieving their health and wellbeing goals. She helps patients build healthy habits, improve confidence in managing their health, and identify practical lifestyle changes that can have a positive impact on their overall wellbeing. Jonnette provides encouragement, guidance, and ongoing support to help people make sustainable changes that work for them.

Well South
Rebekah McDonald | Clinical Pharmacist
Bex is our Clinical Pharmacist, working alongside our clinical team to help whānau get the best outcomes from their medications. She provides advice and support to help people understand their medicines, how they affect their health and wellbeing, and any factors that may impact their treatment, including lifestyle and medication adherence. She also conducts medication reviews to ensure medicines are being used safely and effectively and to help optimise treatment for each patient.
