Join us as we celebrate wāhine and their hauoura at Mana Wāhine 2025! This special day is all about looking after ourselves, learning together, and enjoying a bit of pampering along the way.

We’ll have a range of health checks available, including cervical and pelvic floor checks, alongside kōrero from experts on bowel screening, cancer support, smoking cessation, and sustainable period products. It’s a great chance to ask questions, connect with services, and take positive steps for your hauora.

To balance out the health side, we’ve also got pampering treats lined up -

haircuts, nails, and even massage therapy students to help you relax and unwind.

Come along, bring your sisters, māmā, aunties, cousins and friends - this day is for all wāhine to celebrate our mana and wellbeing together. 💜
